Return and Refund Policy

At Signature Move Collections, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their memorabilia purchases. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

    •    Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

    •    Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. For example, if you return an item purchased for $100, your refund will be $85.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including: 

    •    Personalized or custom-framed memorabilia 

    •    Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase 

    •    Gift cards 

Return Process

    1.    Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at pedro.peralta@signaturemovecollections.com within the 14-day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    2.    Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    3.    Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at pedro.peralta@signaturemovecollections.com within the 14-day return window.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

At Signature Move Collections, we take pride in our quick and efficient shipping process. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. 

We partner with trusted carriers - including FedEx, UPS, and USPS - to ensure your package arrives promptly and safely. 

The choice of carrier will depend on your item(s) and destination, the different shipping methods will be available at checkout.

Please note: Standard Ground shipping is 3-7 business days in the continental U.S. Please choose an expedited ship method for faster delivery; please note expedited shipping does not speed up processing times.

Shipping prices are determined at checkout by quantity of items ordered, weight of items, destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
